Attention College Students - Summer Intern Program

Every year, we seek to provide those still in school with access to a comprehensive educational program aimed at giving students in the second to last and last year of school exposure to all things wealth management. The program is taking applications year-round. The program commences in mid-June and runs for eight weeks.

Summary of Employee Benefits:

Medical, Dental, and Vision
Eligible full-time employees may enroll in our medical, dental and vision insurance program upon the first day of the month following 30 days of employment. As a benefit to our eligible employees, SteelPeak will pay up to $400 of this coverage for employees, and a portion for dependents.
401(k) Matching Program
This plan is intended to be used in combination with your social security benefits and other personal resources to provide you with income upon retirement. There is a one-year waiting period for eligible full-time employees. 401(k) match is 100% of first 3% contributed and 50% on next 2% contributed.
Paid time off
Discretionary paid time off for employees to take unlimited time off with pay for rest and relaxation at your discretion.
Paid Sick Leave
SteelPeak provides sick leave benefits to all California-based employees for periods of temporary absence due to illnesses or injuries. Eligible employees may also take time off for sick days. Each year SteelPeak provides 6 days or 48 hours of paid sick leave to all full-time and part-time (30+ hours) employees.
